National Bullying Prevention Month

National Bullying Prevention Month was founded in 2006 by PACER's National Bullying Prevention Center.  Originally held during the first week of October was expanded to the entire month in 2010 and includes activities, education and awareness.

Bullying has devastating effects such as school avoidance, loss of self-esteem, increasing anxiety, depression, and physical abuse.  We endeavor to provide students with resources to respond to bullying behavior in meaningful ways.

Please ensure your children make it into classes during the month of October so we can work with all children in ways of preventing bullying and their effects.
